Mr. M S Walia after serving a brief stint of 22 years in corporate sector by supervising, heading Administration, Legal & Human Resource Departments in addition to working, liaisoning closely with the Top Management Team, sensed an urgent need of establishing a Consulting Company which would cater to all personal as well as professional counselling, mentoring, guidance seeking, grooming, improvement needs of individuals irrespective of gender, age, education, professional and business levels. He firmly believes that no individual or organisation is able to achieve perfection until or unless guided, motivated, inspired, counselled, mentored well in the right direction.
